Herdade de Sao Miguel is a white wine from the Alentejo region, which presents a predominantly citrus bouquet with soft and silky aromas. It presents notes of tangerine and lime, pineapple nuances and floral aromas. It is a fresh, mineral white wine that ends with a delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade de Sao Miguel is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Viognier, Verdelho, and Antão Vaz from the Alentejo wine region. The wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process,50% of the batch was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being mixed and bottled.

Arinto, Viognier, Verdelho, Antão Vaz.
